• Bio-activity: Measured by its ability to inhibit FGF-acidic dependent proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 mouse fibroblasts. The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-12 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant cynomolgus FGFR3 is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 594 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 65.1 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 99.9 KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.
