Storage : The enzyme can be kept at -80°C for many month. Repeated freezing and thawing must be avoided. Dilute and activate only the amount of enzyme you need, do not store enzyme in reaction buffer. The active 48 kDa enzyme undergoes very fast changes into a 30 kDa form which still retains enzymatic characteristics of the 48 kDa enzyme.
