Source : CHO Cells
Species : Human
Tag : Fc
Predicted N Terminal : Gly27 & Glu31
Form : Lyophilized from a 0.2 µm filtered solution in PBS.
Bio-activity : Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of human red blood cells. Subramanian, S. et al. (2006) Blood 10^7:2548.Red blood cells, added at 10 x 10^6 cells/mL (100 µL/well) to SIRP alpha coated plates, will adhere after 1 hour at 37° C. The ED50 for this effect is 0.6 - 2.4 µg/mL. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application.
Molecular Mass : Recombinant Human SIRPA, Fc Chimera has a calculated MW of 64 kDa (monomer). In SDS-PAGE migrates as 70-105 kDa, reducing conditions.
Purity : >90%, by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss was observed after storage at: In lyophilized state for 1 year (4ºC); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70ºC).
Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 25 µg/mL in sterile PBS containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.
