Cat. No. : HDAC10-401H
Description : Histone deacetylase 10, also known as HDAC10, is a human gene. Acetylation of histone core particles modulates chromatin structure and gene expression. The opposing enzymatic activities of histone acetyltransferases and histone deacetylases, such as HDAC10, determine the acetylation status of histone tails.
Source : HDAC10 was cloned from human lung cDNA and expressed in insect cells using a baculoviral expression system.
Purity : Purified, active enzyme.
Purification Procedure : Ni2+ Affinity Column
Activity : 1000 units per vial.1 unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will convert 1picomole per minute per ug of protein at pH8 at 30°C.
Stability/Shelf-life : >6 months from date of shipment
Buffer Composition : 25mM Tris pH8, 120mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20 & 40% Glycerol
