Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant Influenza A virus ((A/VietNam/1194/2004 (H5N1)) HA (mutated) comprises 522 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 70-80 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
