Cat. No. : MAPK13-374H
Description : P38δ (SAPK4) is a member of the p38 MAPK family and is activated by chemical and environmental stresses as well as by proinflammatory cytokines. P38δ has a TGY dual phosphorylation motif and is activated in response to cellular stresses and proinflammatory cytokines. MAP kinase kinases 3, and 6 can phosphorylate and activate this kinase. Transcription factor ATF2, and microtubule dynamics regulator stathmin have been shown to be the substrates of this kinase.
Source : Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus.
Sequence : Full-length.
Applications : Kinase Assay, Western Blot.
Storage And Stability : Store product at –70oC. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
