Cat. No. : PEFLIN-1555H
Description : Peflin has a longer N-terminal hydrophobic domain than any other member of the family, and it contains nine nonapeptide (A/PPGGPYGGP) repeats. Western blot analysis demonstrated that peflin (30 kDa) was expressed in various nonadherent and adherent cultured human cell lines, including Jurkat, HL60, HeLa, and HT1080. Peflin may play basic roles in Ca(2+) signaling irrespective of cell types.
Source : E coli.
Sequence : 1-284.
Applications : This recombinant protein can be used for WB, ELISA, MS.
Purity : 95%.
Storage : Store at -70ºC. As with any protein, exposing PEF recombinant protein to repeated freeze/thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature.
