Description : This gene is a homolog of the Drosophila delta gene. The delta gene family encodes Notch ligands that are characterized by a DSL domain, EGF repeats, and a transmembrane domain.
Tissue specificity : Expressed in vascular endothelium.
Biological activity : Biological Activity :DLL4-26674TH, when immobilized at concentrations >1.5 μg/mL will inhibit myogenesis in C2C12 cells.
