Description : Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGF R3) is one of the five receptor tyrosine kinases whose expression is almost exclusively restricted to endothelial cells of the lymphatic system. VEGF R3 is a specific marker for lymphatic vessels. It has also been detected on some high endothelial venules, in embryonic prelymphatic blood vessels, in some tumor blood vessels, and in certain hematopoietic and leukemia cells. The predominant role of VEGF-R3 is its involvement in the development of the lymphatic vessel system.
Molecular Weight : The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Mouse VEGF R3 is Mr 84.5 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 133 kDa.

Purity : >95% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <1.0 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method.
Storage And Stability : This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°Cto -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°Cto 8°Cfor one month or at -20°Cto -70°Cin a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
