Cat. No. : LTBR-2090H
Description : Lymphotoxin beta receptor (LTBR), a receptor for lymphotoxin, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family of receptors. It is expressed on the surface of most cell types, including cells of epithelial and myeloid lineages. LTBR specifically binds the lymphotoxin membrane form (a complex of lymphotoxin-alpha and lymphtoxin-beta).
Source : HEK 293 cells.
Concentration : 1mg/ml after reconstitution.
Purity : ≥95% (SDS-PAGE).
Formulation : Lyophilized. Contains PBS.
Endotoxin Content : <0.1EU/µg purified protein.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute in 50µl sterile water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or a carrier protein.
Specificity : Binds human and mouse LIGHT and LTα1β2.
Biological Activity : Inhibits human LIGHT- and LTα1β2-mediated effects such as cytotoxic effects on HT29 target cells.
Application : Detection of human membrane-bound LIGHT in combination with PAb to human IgG1.
Long Term Storage :
-20°C.
Handling : Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at -20°C.
Stability : Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.
