Cat. No. : POLL-621H
Description : This gene encodes a DNA polymerase. DNA polymerases catalyze DNA-template-directed extension of the 3"-end of a DNA strand. This particular polymerase, which is a member of the X family of DNA polymerases, likely plays a role in non-homologous end joining and other DNA repair processes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
Source : E. coli.
Purity : ≥98% (SDS-PAGE).
Concentration : 0.35mg/ml.
Formulation : Liquid. In 20mM TRIS, pH 7.5, containing 20% (v/v) glycerol, 1mM DTT and 100mM sodium chloride.
Stability : Stable for more than 1 year when stored at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid more than 5 freeze/thaw cycles.
