Recombinant Human CD3D extracellular domain (NP_000723.1) (Met 1-Ala 105), fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag, was produced in Human Cell.
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
The secreted recombinant human CD3D comprises 95 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 11 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhCD3D migrates as an approximately 20-23 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
