Recombinant Human CD3E (NP_000724.1) precursor extracellular domain (Met 1-Asp 126), fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell.

The recombinant human CD3E consists of 115 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 13.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh CD3E is approximately 20-22 kDa due to glycosylation.
< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
