• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human CD74 consists of 176 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 20.4 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhCD74 is approximately 31.9 kDa due to glycosylation.
