Cat. No. : CCL23-158H
Description : Human CCL23 shows chemotactic activity for monocytes, resting Tlymphocytes, and neutrophils, but not for activated lymphocytes. Inhibits proliferation of myeloid progenitor cells in colony formation assays. This protein can bind heparin. Binds CCR1. CCL23(19-99), CCL23(22-99), CCL23(27-99), CCL23(30-99) are more potent chemoattractants than the small inducible cytokine A23. Recombinant human CCL23 (HB-99) is a 11.3 kDa protein, containing 99 amino acid residues.
Source : E. coli.
Purity : Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses.
Biological Activity : Determined by its ability to chemoattract total murine T cell population using a concentration range of 10.0-50.0 ng/ml.
Storage : Store desiccated at -20°C; stable for one year from the date of shipment. Reconstituted protein should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C.
Gene Name : CCL23 chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 23 [ Homo sapiens ]
