Active Recombinant Human CD97, Fc tagged

Cat.No. : CD97-3134H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human CD97 (NP_001775.2) extracellular domain first 398 amino acids (Met 1-Gln 398), fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell.

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : Fc
Form : Lyophilized from sterile 50 mM Tris, pH 8.0.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA . Immobilized human CD55 at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human CD97 with a linear range of 1.28-32 ng/ml.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human CD97/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 619 amino acids and predictes a molecular mass of 68.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh CD97/Fc monomer is approximately 100-110 kDa due to glycosylation.
Protein Length : Met 1-Gln 398
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : CD97 CD97 molecule [ Homo sapiens ]
Official Symbol : CD97
Synonyms : CD97; CD97 molecule; CD97 antigen; leukocyte antigen CD97; seven transmembrane helix receptor; seven span transmembrane protein; seven transmembrane; heterodimeric receptor associated with inflammation; TM7LN1; seven-span transmembrane protein; seven-transmembrane, heterodimeric receptor associated with inflammation;
