Cat. No. : RIPK2-711H
Description : This gene encodes a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases. The encoded protein contains a C-terminal caspase recruitment domain (CARD), and is a component of signaling complexes in both the innate and adaptive immune pathways. It is a potent activator of NF-κB and inducer of apoptosis in response to various stimuli.
Source : Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells.
Purification : GST-Affinity Chromatography.
Product Identity : RIPK2 was confirmed as RIPK2 by mass spectroscopy LC-ESI-MS/MS.
Storage Buffer : 50 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 100 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT, 4 mM reduced glutathione, 20% glycerol.
Concentration : 0.206 μg/μl (Bradford method using BSA [Sigma, cat# A-7638, Lot 79H7641] as standard protein).
Specific Activity : 11 pmol/μg×min.
Storage : -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles!
