|Product Overview:||This product is the Unconjugated Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin and has sugar specificity against Fucose, Arabinose|
|Description:||Lotus tetragonolobus lectin is a family of closely related glycoproteins that appear to have similar specificities toward α-linked L-fucose containing oligosaccharides. Although many of the binding properties of Lotus lectin are similar to those of Ulex europaeus lectin I, the binding affinities and some specificities for oligosaccharides are significantly different between these fucose-specific lectins.|
|Bio-activity:||Inhibiting/Eluting Sugar: 50 mM - 100 mM L-fucose|
|Molecular Mass:||107 kDa|
|Storage:||Refrigerate at 4 centigrade|
|Reconstitution:||Although many buffers can be employed for reconstituting and diluting this lectin, 10 mM HEPES buffered saline, pH 7.5 - 8.5, 0.1 mM Ca2+ is recommended. Lectin bay be preserved with 0.04% sodium azide.|
