Active Recombinant Cynomolgus IL4R protein, His-tagged

Cat.No. : IL4R-18C
Product Overview : Recombinant Cynomolgus IL4R protein (Met1-Arg232), fused to His tag at C-terminus, was expressed in human 293 cells (HEK293).In the region Met26-Arg232, the AA sequence of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque IL4R are homologus.

Source : HEK293
Species : Cynomolgus
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Bio-activity : 1. Immobilized IL4 at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind cynoIL4Rh, the EC50 of cynoIL4Rh is 50-120 ng/mL.
2. Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-4 dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erthroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.5ng/ml in the presence of 0.2 ng/ml IL-4.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant cynomolgus IL4R consists of 218 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 25.2 kDa.
Protein Length : Met1-Arg232
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
