• Description: Luciferase from Gaussia princeps was genetically engineered to be produced in E. coli and to contain the Avitag peptide sequence (GLNDIFEAQKIEWHE, C-terminus). The Avitag™ peptide was biotinylated so one biotin is covalently attached to the lysine within the Avitag peptide.
