Source : HEK293
Species : H9N2
Tag : His & Avi
Predicted N Terminal : Asp 19
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4, 10% trehalose.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Anti-Influenza HA Universal MAb CM2S3 at 5μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Influenza A [A/Guinea fowl/Hong Kong/WF10/99(H9N2)] HA with a linear range of 1.95-31.25 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : Recombinant H9N2 HA Protein has a calculated MW of 60 kDa. The protein migrates as 66-70 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition.
Protein length : Asp 19 - Lys 523
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
