Ask a question
Can I order it in several ug/ml concentrations? 05/23/2023

Your batch is at a concentration of 0.3mg/ml. You can use sterile water or PBS to dilute it to the ideal condition.

Are there conditions other than cancer that can cause an increase in CA19-9 levels? 12/04/2022

Some non-malignant conditions, like pancreatitis and liver disease, can elevate CA19-9.

What is the origin of CA19-9 within cells or tissues? 06/30/2022

CA19-9 is a carbohydrate antigen present on certain protein and lipid molecules in cells.

How do therapeutic interventions impact CA19-9 levels in cancer patients? 04/01/2022

Effective treatments may reduce CA19-9 levels, correlating with tumor size or activity.

How specific and sensitive is CA19-9 as a diagnostic marker? 03/26/2022

CA19-9 is more specific than sensitive; it's often used alongside other tests and markers.

Why is CA19-9 commonly utilized as a tumor marker in clinical settings? 02/04/2021

CA19-9 is often elevated in certain cancers, aiding in diagnosis and monitoring.

What limitations exist in relying solely on CA19-9 for cancer diagnosis or monitoring? 01/15/2021

CA19-9 lacks absolute specificity and sensitivity, so other diagnostic tools are crucial for accurate assessment.

Which specific cancers exhibit elevated levels of CA19-9? 04/06/2019

It's particularly associated with pancreatic, liver, and colorectal cancers.
