Description : | DCN, also known as decorin isoform, is a small secreted chondroitin/dermatan sulfate proteoglycan within the family of small leucine-rich proteoglycans (SLRPs). This protein has been implicated in matrix assembly and may suppress the growth of various tumor cell lines by inhibiting the epidermal growth factor receptor. |
