Active Recombinant Human NTRK3 Protein, His-tagged

Cat.No. : NTRK3-161H
Product Overview : Human TrkC / NTRK3 Protein (Human TrkC, His Tag) Cys 32 - Thr 429 (Accession # AAH13693.1) was produced in human 293 cells (HEK293).

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Predicted N Terminal : Cys 32
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH7.4, 10% Trehalose.
Bio-activity : Measured by its ability to inhibit NT-3-induced proliferation of BaF-TrkB-BD mouse pro-B cells transfected with TrkB. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.01 - 0.1 ug/mL in the presence of 40 ng/mL of recombinant human NT-3.
Molecular Mass : Human TrkC, His Tag is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 45.6 kDa. The reducing protein migrates as 80-90 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : NTRK3 neurotrophic tyrosine kinase, receptor, type 3 [ Homo sapiens ]
