CHDH
-
Official Full Name
choline dehydrogenase
-
Overview
The protein encoded by this gene is a choline dehydrogenase that localizes to the mitochondrion. Variations in this gene can affect susceptibility to choline deficiency. A few transcript variants have been found for this gene, but the full-length nature of only one has been characterized to date. -

CHDH has several biochemical functions, for example, choline dehydrogenase activity, flavin adenine dinucleotide binding, protein binding. Some of the functions are cooperated with other proteins, some of the functions could acted by CHDH itself. We selected most functions CHDH had, and list some proteins which have the same functions with CHDH. You can find most of the proteins on our site.

CHDH has direct interactions with proteins and molecules. Those interactions were detected by several methods such as yeast two hybrid, co-IP, pull-down and so on. We selected proteins and molecules interacted with CHDH here. Most of them are supplied by our site. Hope this information will be useful for your research of CHDH.
