MTA2 has several biochemical functions, for example, contributes_to RNA polymerase II core promoter proximal region sequence-specific DNA binding, contributes_to RNA polymerase II distal enhancer sequence-specific DNA binding, RNA polymerase II repressing transcription factor binding.
