Product Overview : | Recombinantmouse Cxcl11 protein was expressed in E. coli. Phe22-Met100. |
Description : | Cxcl11 is a memberwithin the non-ELR CXC chemokine subgroup and has been designated Cxcl11.Cxcl11, together with MIG and IP10, constitute a subset of chemokines thatare ligands for CXCR3, a chemokine receptor that is primarily expressed onactivated Th1 cells and NK cells. The three chemokines were also reported to actas antagonists for CCR3, a chemokine receptor that is preferentiallyexpressed on activated Th2 cells. |
Source : | E. coli |
Form : | Lyophilized from a0.2 μm filtered solution in Acetonitrile and TFA with BSA as a carrierprotein. |
N-terminal Sequence : | Phe22 |
Molecular Weight : | 9.1 kDa |
Activity : | Measured by itsability to chemoattract human CXCR3 transfected BaF3 mouse pro-B cells. TheED50 for this effect is typically 3-15 ng/mL. |
Endotoxin Level : | <1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method. |
Purity : | >97%,by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain. |
Reconstitution : | Reconstitute at 100μg/mL in sterile PBS that containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serumalbumin. |
