Recombinantchicken IFNA3 (rChIFNa) has been shown to act as a highly potent anti-viralagent in vitro, and also resulted in a noticeable delay in theprogression of tumours in CC progressor chickens infected with Rous SarcomaVirus, when admimistered intravenously.
