Recombinant Rat Chemokine (C-X-C motif) Ligand 3

Cat. No. : Cxcl3-439R
Product Overview : Recombinant Rat Cxcl3protein was expressed in E. coli. Arg33-Ser100.
Description : Cxcl3 constitutea group of rat CXC chemokines that show significant sequence similarity tohuman GROs and mouse MIP2 but not IL8. CINC2α, CINC2β were originallypurified as novel neutrophil chemoattractants from the conditioned medium of ratgranulation tissue which also contained CINC1 and CINC3. Based on amino acid(aa) sequence analysis of the purified CINC2α protein and sequencing of theCINC2β cDNA clone, both mature CINC2α and CINC2β were shown to contain 68 aaresidues.
Source : E. coli
Form : Lyophilizedfrom a 0.2 μm filtered solution in Acetonitrile and TFA with BSA as a carrierprotein.
N-terminalSequence : Arg33
MolecularWeight : 7.6 kDa
Activity : Measuredby its ability to induce myeloperoxidase release from cytochalasin. The ED50for this effect is typically 36μg/mL. Measured by its ability to chemoattracthuman Cxcl3transfected BaF3 mouse proB cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 525ng/mL.
Endotoxin Level : <1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method.
Purity : >97%,by SDSPAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Reconstitution : Reconstituteat 50μg/mL insterile PBS containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serum albumin.
Storage : Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freezethaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, 20 to 70°C as supplied.1 month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3months, 20 to 70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
