Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant mouse IL10RB Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises comprises 442 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 50.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rm IL10RB/Fc monomer is approximately 65-75 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
