Recombinant Human FCER1A, His-tagged

Cat.No. : FCER1A-204H

Description : The immunoglobulin epsilon receptor (IgE receptor) is the initiator of the allergic response. When two or more high-affinity IgE receptors are brought together by allergen-bound IgE molecules, mediators such as histamine that are responsible for allergy symptoms are released. This receptor is comprised of an alpha subunit, a beta subunit, and two gamma subunits. The protein encoded by this gene represents the alpha subunit.
Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Molecular Mass : Biotinylated rh FCER1A is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 21.9 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Val 26. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 40-60 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg of the Biotinylated rh FCER1A by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss was observed after storage at: In lyophilized state for 1 year (4ºC); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70ºC).
Reconstitution : See Certificate of Analysis for reconstitution instructions and specific concentrations.
