Cat. No. : CCL26-72H
Description : Eotaxin-3 is a recently discovered CC chemokine. Exotaxin-3 binds to the CCR3 receptor and is highly chemotactic for eosinophils. Thus recombinant human eotaxin-3 is an 8.4kDa protein containing 71 amino acid residues.
Source : E. Coli.
Amino Acid Sequence : TRGSDISKTC CFQYSHKPLP WTWVRSYEFT SNSCSQRAVI F T T K R G KKVC THPRKKWVQK YISLLKTPKQL.
Reactivity : Human eotaxin-3 is tested for its ability to chemoattract human CCR3/HEK 293 cells. The maximum activity was achieved at 2ug/ml.
Purity : >98% by SDS-Page analysis. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1ng per ug of eotaxin-3.
Reconstitution : Lyophilized eotaxin-3 should be reconstituted in water to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml. Allow to set at least 30 minutes at 4 °C, mix well. If desired, tighten cap and centrifuge for 1 minute at 1000rpm to concentrate material in vial. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at 4°C for up to 1 week or at -20 °C for future use. It is recommended that a carrier protein As 0.1% HSA or BSA) or medium serum be added to diluted material.
Storage : The lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for a few weeks but it is best stored desiccated at -20 °C. Reconstituted exotaxin-3 should be stored in working aliquots at -20 °C. AVOID FREQUENT FREEZE THAW CYCLES.
Supplied : Lyophilized powder with no additives.
