Recombinant Influenza A H1N1 HA, His tagged

Cat.No.: HA-738I
Product Overview: Recombinant Influenza A H1N1 HA (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) extracellular domain hemagglutinin (ACP41105.1) (Met 1-Gln 529)with cleavage site mutated (IQS→RQRRRRK, HA1+HA2, partially cleaved), fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag, was produced in H
Source: Human Cells
Species: Influenza A H1N1
Tag: His
Form: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) HA (mutated) comprises 527 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 60 kDa. As a result of glycosylation and proteolysis, the apparent molecular mass of the hemagglutinin is apparoximately 25-30, 50-55 and 80-85 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, corresponding to the HA2, HA1 subunit and the full length HA respectively.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Stability: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
