Recombinant Rhesus PCSK9, His tagged

Cat.No.: PCSK9-311R
Product Overview: Recombinant Rhesus PCSK9 precursor (NP_001106130.1) (Met 1-Gln 692), fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, was produced in Human Cell.
Source: Human Cells
Species: Rhesus
Tag: His
Form: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
Molecular Mass: The recombinant Rhesus PCSK9 consists of 673 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 72.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation and proteolytic digestion, it migrates as doublet with apparent molecular mass of 20 kDa and 62 kDa corresponding to the pro domain and mature form respectively in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Stability: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
