Molecular Mass : The recombinant human TNFRSF10D/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 403 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 44.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhTNFRSF10D/Fc monomer migrates with the molecular mass of approximately 65-80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
