Recombinant Human TNFRSF11A

Cat. No.: TNFRSF11A-591H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human RANK Receptor is a soluble 19.3 kDa protein containing 175 amino acid residues, comprising of the full-length of the TNF receptor-like extracellular domain of RANK Receptor. It is produced inE.coli.
Description: RANK (Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor κ B), also known as TRANCE Receptor, is a type I membrane protein that is expressed on the surface of osteoclasts and is involved in their activation upon ligand binding. RANK is also expressed on dendritic cells and facilitates immune signaling. RANK ligand is found on the surface of stromal cells, osteoblasts, and T cells.
Source: E.coli.
Amino Acid Sequence: MQIAPPCTSE KHYEHLGRCC NKCEPGKYMS SKCTTTSDSV CLPCGPDEYL DSWNEEDKCL LHKVCDTGKA LVAVVAGNST TPRRCACTAG YHWSQDCECC RRNTECAPGL GAQHPLQLNK DTVCKPCLAG YFSDAFSSTD KCRPWTNCTF LGKRVEHHGT EKSDAVCSSS LPARK.
Supplied: Lyophilized powder from a solution of 0.5X PBS, pH7.3 with no additives.
Purity: >98% by SDS-Page analysis. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1ng per ug (1EU/ug).
Reconstitution: Lyophilized protein should be reconstituted in 5mM sodium phosphate pH7.3 to a concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml. Allow to set at least 30 minutes at 4℃, mix well. If desired, tighten cap and centrifuge for 1 minute at 1000rpm to concentrate material in vial. This solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at 4℃ for 1 week or at -20℃ for long term use. It is recommended that a carrier protein As 0.1% HSA or BSA) or medium serum be added to diluted material.
Reactivity: Activity determined by its ability to suppress the production of IFN-gamma from human PBMCs.
Storage: The lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for a few weeks but it is best stored desiccated at -20℃. Reconstituted Rank- receptor should be stored in working aliquots at - 20℃. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
