Recombinant Mouse Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Ligand 13

Cat. No. : Cxcl13-83M
Product Overview : This recombinant mouse BLC is a 9.8 kDa protein containing 88 amino acid residues including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines. It is produced inE.coli.
Description : BCA-1/BLC, a CXC chemokine, is expressed in the liver, spleen, lymph nodes, appendix and stomach. It exerts its activities through its only receptor CXCR5. BCA-1/BLC is a potent chemoattractant for B lymphocytes and induces weak chemotactic response in T cells and macrophages.
Source : E.coli.
Amino Acid Sequence : ILEAHYTNLK CRCSGVISTV VGLNIIDRIQ VTPPGNGCPK TEVVIWTKMK KVICVNPRA WLQRLLRHVQ SKSLSSTPQA PVSKRRAA.
Note : If this material is not to be used for coating or labeling (or other applications requiring carrier free material), the addition of 0.1% BSA or dilution in sterile culture media is recommended to enhance stability and minimize absorption to vial. Recommend maintaining stock >10ug/ml.
Supplied : Lyophilized powder with no additives.
Purity : >98% by SDS-Page analysis and HPLC analysis. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1ng per ug (1EU/ug) of mBLC.
Reconstitution : The lyophilized BLC should be reconstituted in water to a concentration of 0.5-1.0mg/ml. Allow to set at least 30 minutes at 4℃, tighten cap and rotate to reconstitute any material on sides of vial. If desired, you can centrifuge at 1000 rpm for 1 minute to concentrate volume in bottom of vial.
Storage : The lyophilized powder is stable at room temperature for a few weeks but it is best stored desiccated at -20℃. Reconstituted BLC should be stored in working aliquots at -20℃. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
Gene Name : Cxcl13 chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 13 [ Mus musculus ]
