||Recombinant human TAFA-2 produced inE.coliis an 11.2 kDa protein consisting of 101 amino acid residues.
||TAFA proteins are a newly discovered family of proteins, which are distantly related to MIP-1α, a member of the CC-chemokine family. TAFA mRNAs are highly expressed in specific brain regions, and have also been found to be expressed by lung basophils. The biological function of TAFA-2 is still unknown.
||98 % (SDS-PAGE, HPLC).
||< 0.1 ng per ug of TAFA-2.
||Data not available at the moment!
||The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20℃. Reconstituted TAFA-2 is stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at-20℃. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
