Recombinant Human Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Ligand 1, His-tagged

Cat. No.: CXCL1-88H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human Chemokine (C-X-C Motif) Ligand 1 encoding the human GRO-alpha/CXCL1(1-73) (Ala1-Asn73) was expressed inE.Coli, It was recombined with a Hexa-his tag at the N-Terminus and purified by Ni-NTA column. MW=8.0 KD.
Description: Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family that was previously called GRO1 oncogene, GROα, KC, Neutrophil-activating protein 3 (NAP-3) and melanoma growth stimulating activity, alpha (MSGA-α). In humans, this protein is encoded by the CXCL1 gene.
Source: E.coli.
Formulation: Lyophilized 100μg human GRO-alpha/CXCL1 (1-73) 1 in 50μl of TBS (20mM Tris, 50mM NaCl, pH8.0). Carry free.
Purity: >95% by SDS gel.
Application: Cell biology.
Reconstitution: Add 500μl deionized water to the vial to prepare a working stock solution at 200μg/mL. Allow to set at least 30 minutes at 4℃, mix well.
Storage: Store lyophilized protein at -20℃ or -70℃. Lyophilized protein is stable for up to 6 months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -70℃. Upon reconstitution, this protein can be stored at -20℃ for a few weeks or at -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer for long term storage (six months). Aliquot reconstituted protein to avoid repeated freezing / thawing cycles.
