Description : Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase type IVA, member 3, isoform 1; whole sequence. The proteins of regenerating liver (PRL-1, -2, and -3) are closely related protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) having high sequence similarities to several dual-specificity PTPs. Elevated expression levels of PRL-3 have been reported in colon cancer cells that have metastasized to liver.
