Recombinant Human ENO2, His-tagged

Cat.No.: ENO2-27576TH
Product Overview: Recombinant fragment, corresponding to amino acids 2-434 of processed mature Human NSE with an aminoterminal hexahistidine tag
Description: This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme, a homodimer, is found in mature neurons and cells of neuronal origin. A switch from alpha enolase to gamma enolase occurs in neural tissue during development in rats and primates.
Conjugation: HIS
Source: E. coli
Tissue specificity: The alpha/alpha homodimer is expressed in embryo and in most adult tissues. The alpha/beta heterodimer and the beta/beta homodimer are found in striated muscle, and the alpha/gamma heterodimer and the gamma/gamma homodimer in neurons.
Form: Liquid
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE
Storage buffer: Preservative: NoneConstituents: 50% Glycerol, 20mM Tris, pH 8
Storage: Shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
