Recombinant Human RARA, His-tagged

Cat.No. : RARA-31053TH
Product Overview : Recombinant Human RARA(154-462) was expressed in E.coli. The His-tag recombinant protein is purified by affinity chromatography in combination with FPLC columns. The purified RAR-alpha-LBD is greater than 95% homogeneous based on SDS-PAGE analysis.

Description : This gene represents a nuclear retinoic acid receptor. The encoded protein, retinoic acid receptor alpha, regulates transcription in a ligand-dependent manner. This gene has been implicated in regulation of development, differentiation, apoptosis, granulopoeisis, and transcription of clock genes. Translocations between this locus and several other loci have been associated with acute promyelocytic leukemia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this locus.
Source : E.coli
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : The protein is in 20mM Tris-HCl pH7.9,100mM NaCl, 0.2mM EDTA, 1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
Molecular Mass : 36.4 kDa
