Recombinant Human DNAJB6, His-tagged

Cat. No.: DNAJB6-3380H
Product Overview: Recombinant human DNAJB6 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed inE.coliand purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW = 38.5 kDa (349aa).
Description: DnaJB6, also known as DnaJ homolog subfamily B member 6, is a member of the DNAJ protein family. DNAJ family members are characterized by a highly conserved amino acid stretch called the "J-domain" and function as one of the two major classes of molecular chaperones involved in a wide range of cellular events, such as protein folding and oligomeric protein complex assembly.
Source: E.coli.
Form: Liquid. In 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 0.2M NaCl, 5mM DTT, 30% glycerol.
Purity: > 85% by SDS - PAGE.
