||Recombinant Human GFPT1 (Gln 332-Glu 699) (AAA58502.1), fused with two amino acids (Gly & Pro) at the N-terminus, was produced in E. coli.
||Lyophilized from sterile sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 10% glycerol
||The recombinant human GFAT exists as a homotetramer protein. The GFAT monomer consists of 370 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 41.5 kDa as estimated in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
||< 1.0 eu per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
||Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70oC.
||Store it under sterile conditions at -20oC~-70oC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
||It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution. Centrifuge the vial at 4oC before opening to recover the entire contents.
