FGFR1 Functional Assay Kit

Cat.No. : Kit-1590
Product Overview : RTK Functional cell lines are engineered to co-a ProLink (PK) tagged RTK, an Enzyme Acceptor (EA) tagged SH2 domain, and, in some cases, an untagged co-receptor. Activation of the RTK-PK induces receptor dimerization, leading to SH2-EA recruitment, and forcing complementation of the two β-galactosidase enzyme fragments (EA and PK). The resulting functional enzyme hydrolyzes substrate to generate a chemiluminescent signal. These cells have been modified to prevent long term propagation and expansion using a proprietary compound that has no apparent effect on assay performance.

For Research Use Only. Not intended for any clinical use. No products from Creative BioMart may be resold, modified for resale or used to manufacture commercial products without prior written approval from Creative BioMart.
