SHIPPING

Please let us know your FedEx account number or other favorable carrier in order to ship your order. Creative BioMart is not responsible for brokerage, duties, taxes etc. that may be incurred in shipping.

PAYMENT TERMS

We prefer payment by Check or Wire transfer. Payment by Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard only) is also acceptable. In order to facilitate our processing with the credit card charge, please provide the following information by fax or over phone:

Payment terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required prior to shipping in certain territories. Payments made after forty-five (45) days may be subjected to a penalty fee of 2% per month.
