Active Recombinant Cynomolgus/Rhesus ENTPD1 protein(Thr60-Val500), His-tagged

Cat.No. : ENTPD1-1000C
Product Overview : Recombinant Cynomolgus / Rhesus ENTPD1 (XP_015311944.1/XP_015003298.1) (Thr60-Val500) was expressed in Insect Cells with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. Cynomolgus and Rhesus ENTPD1 sequences are identical.

Source : Insect Cells
Species : Cynomolgus/Rhesus
Tag : C-His
Protein length : Thr60-Val500
Form : Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 300 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol, pH 7.5. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by its ability to hydrolyze the 5'phosphategroups from the substrate adenosine 5'triphosphate(ATP). The specific activity is > 5000 pmoles/min/μg.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant cynomolgus / rhesus ENTPD1 consists of 452 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 51.8 kDa.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
