Recombinant H1N1 (A/Solomon Islands/3/2006) HA Protein, His-tagged

Cat.No.: HA-382V
Product Overview: Recombinant extracellular domain of the influenza A H1N1 (A/Solomon Islands/3/2006 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (ABU99109.1) (Met 1-Gln 528, HA1+HA2, uncleved), was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
Source: HEK293
Species: H1N1
Tag: His
Predicted N Terminal: Asp 18
Form: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Bio-activity: Measured by its ability to agglutinate human red blood cells. HA titer is 2-8 μg/mL for 1% HRBC.
Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant influenza A H1N1 hemagglutinin (A/Solomon Islands/3/2006 (H1N1)) comprises 522 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 59 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 60-70 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity: >97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
