Description : | Human CXCL1 is a 73 amino acid, ELR+ chemokine that belongs to the GRO isoform subset which activate the G protein-coupled receptor CXCR2. TNF-stimulated epithelial cells strongly express CXCL1 in addition to the constitutive expression by macrophages. CXCL1 is a potent chemoattractant for neutrophils and an activator of basophils. |
