The Anti-Human CD4 PE-Cy7 Antibody is a tandem-dye-conjugated monoclonal antibody for flow cytometric detection of CD4⁺ helper/inducer T lymphocytes in human biological specimens. CD4 is a 55 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a co-receptor for the T-cell receptor (TCR), binding to MHC class II molecules and playing an essential role in adaptive immune responses. As a tandem conjugate of PE and Cy7, this antibody can be excited at 488 nm or 561 nm with far-red emission (~785 nm), expanding the usable detection channels in complex multi-color panels. This antibody supports high-dimensional immunophenotyping for CD4/CD8 ratio analysis, regulatory T-cell characterization, immune reconstitution monitoring post-transplantation, and HIV/AIDS disease staging.
